Taylor Rose fully supports a diverse workforce. We are required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to collect, report and publish data on the diversity of our workforce every two years.
The gender pay gap is defined as the difference between the mean or median hourly pay rate that female and male staff receive.
